Bunny Day

Holidays are so fun now that Cooper is older and gets excited.  We dyed eggs on Friday evening and no one spilled any dye but me.  Hank stripped Coop down to his diaper and buckled him in his chair- we weren't taking any chances!  This egg he is proudly showing has shrink-wrapped plastic with puppies and kitties on it.

Kaden enjoyed all the excitement and watched very intently from my lap.

Look at all those purdy eggs!

On Saturday we went to the church for an Easter Egg Hunt.  Coop had a good time.  And he ate a lot of candy.  For never having had a piece of candy until he was almost a year, he sure eats a lot now.  We are working on potty training him right now and he gets a little sucker every time he goes.  So, if we put him on the toilet every hour, that equals a lot of suckers.  Plus, since our sweet guy hates to have his diaper changed, he also gets a "tummy treat"  (jelly beans, or the equivalent, on his belly button) every time he cooperates.  Sugar... we have a love/hate relationship.

Kaden, once again was just enjoying all the excitement.

Oh what fun! I think everything in life is better with sweet kiddies, especially holidays!
