The best part of the Fair for Cooper was sitting on Dad's shoulders. He absolutely loves it. It's especially great if he gets to hang on to Dad's hair. He also gets in moods where he loves to talk. I wish we could understand what he is telling us! Of course sometimes he just likes to scream.
